Development
The bases and understanding for the requirements of international sales structures in the software field of Business Applications was already developed during the consulting activity in the environment of an internationally acting ERP manufacturer.
2001 Foundation of IIC Innovative International Consulting as an OHG (partnership) in Engen (Germany)
2002 Foundation of IIC Innovative International Consulting S.A.R.L in Strasbourg (France)
2003 Change of IIC’s corporate form from an OHG (partnership) to a GmbH & Co. KG (limited partnership with a limited liability company as general partner) and foundation of the subsidiary in Austria
2004 Development of resources for covering Switzerland from the German site as well as covering Great Britain
2006 Expansion of the network with Romania, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
2007 Development of the Polish IIC structures
2008 Expansion to Spain and Portugal
2009 Foundation of the SRL in Milan (Italy) and expansion of the activities to North Africa (Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria). Expansion of the Turkish office.

The headquarter is in Germany. Coordination and monitoring of the activities are carried out there.
